College Curriculum
The curriculum delivery at Grace Christian College is influenced by the following goals:
› To deliver the curriculum within a framework of Christian understanding or worldview. This includes the understanding that God has created mankind in his image and with a purpose. God desires to see each person reaching their full potential in their service of Him and their community. Character education is embedded in the curriculum and seeks to develop a generation of creative, active and informed young Australians willing to serve their community on a local and international level.
› To recognise within the curriculum that children are individuals and have different capabilities when it comes to learning. The school uses various approaches to teaching and classroom management.
› To offer the broadest learning opportunities it can while keeping the fee structure as affordable as possible thus ensuring the maximum accessibility for those families seeking a Christian Education.
› To provide learning opportunities for students that develop independence and self-managing skills and encourage them to be active and reflective learners who are willing to take on new challenges.
